• This Wheel Of The Year Sabbats Dragon Wall Plaque measures 11" High, 10.75" Wide and 2" Deep approximately. It weighs about 3 pounds.
• Designed By Gothic Award Winning Guild Artist Anne Stokes From The United Kingdom. The Wheel of the Year is an annual cycle of seasonal festivals, observed by many modern pagans, consisting of the year's chief solar events (solstices and equinoxes) and the midpoints between them. The sabbat symbols spaced out on the dragon halo wheel which surrounds the dragon sculpting at the center. Each dragon pose and type differs according to the sacred Sabbat symbol that it represents.
• The symbol of Beltane sits at the top of the wheel and marks the Gaelic May Day festival. Special bonfires are lit and it is said that the flames, smoke, and ashes have protective powers. In this artwork, the Beltane dragon is engulfed in enchanting flames, nestled at the center of the wheel of the year.
