• This Bastet Canopic Jar Sculpture is made of polyresin, painstakingly hand painted and polished individually. It is approximately 10.5" tall and 5.25" Wide. It weighs about 4.75 pounds.
• If using as an urn, this canopic jar will fit the bill for you with plenty of space for your feline's ashes. Approximately 65-70 square inches of storage space. Designed to be easy to open. This cremation urn has an opening that is extremely easy to access until you have your ashes filled in. Then simply seal around the edge with silicon adhesive gel or strong glue to complete the seal.
• Bastet is the beloved Egyptian Cat Goddess. Protectress of women, children, cats and those who care for them. She is also the goddess of sunrise, music, dance, pleasure, family, fertility, and birth.
• Ancient Egyptians used canopic jars to store internal organs during the mummification process, but you can put other things in them too that is less 'dark'. This particular small canopic jar makes perfect container for some candies, treats, as an urn for small pets and other knick knacks you can think of.
