The platter has six compartments as pictured; five for entrees/side dishes and one for wasabi/condiments in the center. Serve yourself or your guests sushi, sashimi, stir fried entrees, soup and dessert all in this bento box platter. This bento box is not only stylish but it is also very functional and practical.
• The bento box serving platter measures 2" deep, 14" long and 9.25" wide approximately. It weighs about 14 ounces each.
• This Plastic Lacquer Bento Platter is made in a state of the art factory in Japan. Made of Copolymer plastic, this aesthetic traditional bento box has a high resistance to breakage, scratches and stains. It has a quick dry time and can be used in both the microwave and dishwasher. Co-polymer material can handle temperatures from 40°F to 210°F, therefore this platter must not be stored in freezers.
